All orders over $500 are shipped with a signature required upon delivery to protect your purchase.
Additional charges may apply for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

We do our very best to ship every in-stock item within 2 days.
Online Return Policy
We understand that it is sometimes hard to know how much you love something until you see it in person! So if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase - items purchased online only can be returned for a store credit, an exchange, or for a refund – If you notify us within 7 days.
• All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.
• All original packaging, receipts and certificates must be included.
• All resized items and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable as well.
The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund even charges we incurred on shipments where we originally paid for on your order.
• Gift Cards/Gift Certificates are not returnable or refundable.
• Sale items are not returnable or refundable.
If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a return authorization number. This number should be written on the outside of the return box. Once we have received your returned item and can ensure that the item has been unworn and in its original condition, we will issue you a refund, excluding the original shipping and handling fees.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed less shipping charges, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank account and/or contact your credit card company, There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
